About the Role

HAL Simplify Solution Arabia is seeking an ERP Support Specialist within our Customer Operations stream, specifically in the Technical Support Department. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Support Specialist (L1) to join our team in a fully remote role. You will be the first point of contact for users, helping resolve day-to-day system queries and ensuring a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to ERP system users.
  • Respond to user queries related to system usage, errors, and access.
  • Guide users on basic system processes and navigation.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when needed.
  • Log and manage support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution for every case.
  • Document solutions, procedures, and support interactions meticulously to build a robust knowledge base.
  • Execute SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and technical troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in ERP support, helpdesk, or a similar technical support role.
  • Basic understanding and proven knowledge of ERP systems (such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities paired with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and capable of managing tasks independently in a remote setting.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
